Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of Michael Goldstein's buildings report mixed experiences, with some praising spacious apartments, friendly neighbors, and good locations, especially in Brooklyn. Management is generally responsive in Brooklyn buildings but poor in Bronx locations. Common issues include pest problems, inadequate heat control, occasional building cleanliness concerns, and maintenance delays. Security around package theft and building upkeep also need improvement. While some units offer good value and quiet environments, others suffer from serious maintenance failures and poor living conditions, especially in Bronx properties. Overall, management responsiveness and building conditions vary greatly by location, with stronger tenant satisfaction in certain Brooklyn buildings.
