Rats in first floor, hallway stinks

Pros

heat and ac were great never any power outages or anything packages never stolen no loud noises

Cons

tons of accumulated garbage outside dozens of rats in walls making tons of noise, was never fixed building smells bad poor ventilation poor lighting on first floor landlord was manipulative and rude, condescending, would enter without permission this is a review of apartment #1
