Persistent roach problem, outdated, but affordable and mostly fine

Quiet, live-in super, nice wood floors, affordable

Cons

Cockroaches, old toilets that broke occasionally, old appliances, when fridge broke they replaced with one that was very old and dirty, recycling not handled properly
