Friendly building on West End

Pros

- Location, cleanliness of neighborhood - Building managed shuttles to/from the subway (great for cold, rainy weathers to not have to walk avenues) - Staff (supers, maintenance, doorman etc) are experienced and super nice - Pets allowed

Cons

- Cleanliness of the building could be better particularly hallways, near outside (pets urine etc) - Building itself is dated structurally vs other buildings in the neighborhood - No rooftop
