- Neighbors are friendly - Great heat and hot water - Rent Stabilized - Decent Space - 1 month deposit required - Garbage chute on every floor - Laundry in basement - 8-9min walk to subway - 8-9 min walk to the beautiful Sunset Park - Quiet and family friendly neighborhood
Cons
- Huge issue of Mice / Rats - No Dishwasher - Owner / Super believe in temporary fixes / no plans to find a long term solution which makes it difficult for tenants to plan to live in the building long term.
Advice to the owners
We appreciate your caring for the people who live here. However, pest control service provided has not been on par.

Full time porter that maintains the cleanliness of the building. Elevator access. Big apartments
Cons
The laundry room is closed after 10:30 PM until 7 AM Jumpy upstairs neighbors. Management office can be problematic and skimp on appliance replacement. The Super is slow to resolve issues
Advice to the owners
Stop renting at such high prices at the start.
