Great building and neighbors on the park!

Pros:
Park location, great community, clean building, good pest control. Sunny, happy place!
Cons:
Being next to the train was loud. We couldn’t keep windows open and have a conversation. But if you mostly keep windows closed it’s probably ok for you to:)

- laundry room clean
- bike room
- prompt maintenance
- very warm heaters

If you’re on the side of the building farthest from the street you’ll get subway noise.
