Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback for 67 PITT REALTY, LLC presents a mixed picture. While some tenants praise the management's responsiveness, particularly highlighting Jill's thoughtfulness and helpfulness, others report significant issues with communication and maintenance delays. Common complaints include inadequate heating, outdated facilities like gas lines, security concerns with building access, and pest control problems. Cleanliness and garbage management ratings fluctuate considerably across the reviews. Neighbors and noise levels also vary, with some appreciating quiet courtyard-facing units and others experiencing disturbances. Rent increases during periods of unresolved utility problems have been a sore point. Prospective renters should weigh these service inconsistencies when considering these buildings.

A surprising sanctuary for the block and price

Pros

Jill is incredibly thoughtful and responsive, neighbors were all very nice and the bedroom was fantastically huge. Courtyard facing units like mine are also incredibly quiet for the neighborhood.

Cons

Kitchen is quite small and virtually no counter space meant little to no cooking.

Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy

Pros

Decent location. The super was wonderful and was always available via call or text.

Cons

It was almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the management company. The gas was out for almost 2 years due to outdated gas lines, but there were barely any update as to when it might get turned back on in order to use our stove. Plus, they upped the rent while this all was happening. The front door never closed on its own, which left everyone in the building vulnerable to strangers walking in/packages being stolen. The heating they provided was a HUGE in window heating system that only heated about 10-15 feet around it.
