Great Apartment - Elevator Troubles

Pros

Great doormen and super! Very responsive and no troubles with packages. Neighbors are very kind and friendly. Just got an updated laundry room. Highly recommend!

Elevator can bug out every once in a while but not a huge challenge.

Building management maintains the building very well

Pros

The building is cleaned regularly, and the super is typically on top of things. Most residents have been here for a long time, so there is a more communal feeling. They also seem to do pest management very well

Cons

The building is old, which has innate issues. The elevator breaks regularly, the basement is kind of grimey, and it is next to another building that gets noisy out front some times.
