No pests, quiet block, next to high-line, great block

Cons

The heat in the winter was barely ever on making the apartment freezing. The summers were unbearable because of the high ceilings and the window unit ac’s not being able to catch up . Not super close to trains and nearest stations are super big.

The temperature control is borderline uninhabitable

Nice area and only saw two roaches the whole time

Cons

Management not responsive and never fixed leaks and toilet and the pizza shop under us made me fat
