Nice area and only saw two roaches the whole time

Management not responsive and never fixed leaks and toilet and the pizza shop under us made me fat

this building is right on the highline which is wonderful but that is pretty much the extent of the delight.

Cons

the landlords are hard to get in touch with. The heat is uncontrollable and will have you sweating the whole winter, and it is by far the noisiest heating in all of nyc that I've ever experienced. any mold or rodent complaints I had were ignored by the super. they always list this building as "laundry in basement" on rental websites which is incorrect... there's a wash and fold around the corner. garbage should be better kept after.
