Bed Bugs - Lack of Action

In August of 2024 there was a bedbug outbreak that spread to other apartments. It was not fixed with any sort of haste. Excuses such as "they did not reply to my email" were made. Because of this, it spread to a different apartment. This was also not fixed with any haste. 29 days. it took 29 days to fix. Just 1 day before what was then the legal limit to do so. Did not seem like a coincidence.
Advice to the owners
Fix issues and reply to tenants.

Fridge hasn’t worked for the entire 2 months I’ve lived there Supposed to be a washer/dryer & dishwasher in unit but there is none Unresponsive building owners Floors incredibly slanted
