Great super, terrible management

Pros

The new live-in super is very responsive and quick to fix problems in-unit. Most apartments have in-unit laundry which is sooo nice. The building is in a great location, conveniently nearby necessities but on a quiet street. Pest control comes every month and I haven’t had any issues/infestations in my unit.

Cons

The property management company (Tri-Hill) absolutely sucks—it took MONTHS for them to address a gas leak in my unit. The garbage area is also disgusting, tenants leave trash laying around on the ground instead of putting bags into the containers. Some tenants leave their trash bags inside the building, too.

Beautiful Building, Bad Management

Pros

Old beautiful architecture, nice tiles, newly renovated units

Cons

Units small for price, management often not helpful or responsive in a timely manner, hard to work with, old aspects of building in disrepair
