Major rat problem!

Neighbors are nice for the most part Building isn’t too loud
Cons
Heat only works sometimes Hot water never gets truly hot This building has a major rat/mouse problem. It’s right next door to a tiny park/outside area and we think that’s where they enter from. Building did absolutely nothing to address the issue. The lady downstairs from us had to call 311 before anything was done. The people on the first and second floor still have mice issues and it’s like the building doesn’t care. Building also has an ant problem

Fix your mouse problem!
Spacious but with mice

People are friendly.
Cons
Pest management is minimal. Someone will come and spray and leave sticky traps but if you have mice, you’re on your own
