    Spacious but with mice
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    People are friendly.
    Cons:
    Pest management is minimal. Someone will come and spray and leave sticky traps but if you have mice, you’re on your own
    Advice to owner:
    Manage apts better so tenants don’t have to pay for other tenants poor hygiene
