Ok Mediocre Apt

Not many issues with actual apartment space.

Cons

If any problems arise hard to get in touch with landlord. Often performing construction in hallway that is hazardous.

just don't expect much

location was great (plus the view from street facing windows and the roof)

Cons

Always dirty, rodents in lower apartments, mail CONSTANTLY gets stolen, landlord wouldn't fix things that were broken even when we first moved in without some complaints. Management & maintenance had some good people but in general the building should have been kept up WAY better considering the price of units.

Advice to the owners

get better locks for the two main front doors, so that its not super easy to break into the building with a credit card and steal packages
