Recent reviews of buildings managed by Jordan Cohen suggest a mixed experience for tenants. Many appreciate the proximity to public transit and community vibe, particularly near Yankee Stadium. However, concerns regarding cleanliness, heating issues, and outdated appliances are recurring themes. Pros

Close to train. Neighbourhood /community vibes! Walking Distance from Yankee stadium.

Cons

Another rent increase from current management. not to market price but the little they've done to warrant the increase is suspect. People who have lived year for over 10 years are being priced out. Not sure if entire building was de-regulated illegally but there was a meet up of the tennants over the last year about it. Doesn't seem like anything came of it tho. Since new management came in, we no longer have a guy that comes around to spray for bugs. Noticing the difference. Water pressure is fine but hot water does not last long. Very outdated appliances - floor in kitchen is like a sticker at this point. Appliances are very old and falling apart.
