Nice building, a few issues
Pros
Management is generally communicative. The elevator is functional 99% of the time (honestly a win for a building of this age). The entryways are generally clean and the laundry room is well-kept.
Cons
Roaches seem omnipresent. They're treated regularly but still persist. Plus the walls are thin, we can hear conversations on the other side of the wall.
Horrible management - never live here

Management Company Smell of unit hot water is boiling hot old no peep hole lock has broken radiator has exploded and ruined bedroom and floor no carbon monoxide alarms
Advice to the owners
-respond to your tenants in a timely manner -dont purposely ignore phone calls and emails -dont lie directly to tenants -uphold your end of a leasing agreement -lack of habitability standards -no concern for tenant safety -could go ON and ON
