Doormen are friendly, maintenance is good, amenities are solid given no amenity fee

Cons

Need to be mindful about where unit is located cause can be noisy due to construction and 7 train. On lower floors the windows are not great at blocking out the noise

Pros

Clean, well kept. Gym, laundry and rooftop facilities are all great, never had an issue. Front desk is very helpful
