Decent Apartment , Good Location

Pros

- amenities are great (post COVID) - concierge, maintenance, and staff are friendly and helpful - friendly neighbors

Cons

UPDATE - 3/7/2025 - Constant construction and power outages to deal with an issue stemming from an electric fire in August 2024 - 3+ full day power outages - All day noise - permit runs through June 2025 - Management is not responsive - occasionally hot water will go out and become lukewarm (seems to happen about once per month) - because packages must be checked in at concierge, it may be a bit after delivery before you can pick them up

There was an electrical fire, causing the sprinklers to go off and cause water damage on multiple floors, in mid-2024. So far as of mid-2025 there is still ongoing repairs, visible damage from the water, and an overall lack of interest in maintaining the common areas in the building
