Heating system is in disrepair and fails monthly, endless construction without proper dust mitigation (2 years at this point), trash often left in lobby to rot, frequent brown water, ongoing asbestos mitigation

nice west village spot, management is ok

Pros

the location is amazing, truly hard to beat exterminators spray for roaches regularly

Cons

management is pretty rude, they rescinded a renewal offer and forced us to leave, this was super disappointing after our tenure as tennants wtih no explanation have had some water pipe issues
