Great Place to Live

Pros

Ample closet space, private outdoor courtyard, great location in EV, unique duplex layout makes units feel very spacious.

Cons

Package system flawed. Have had multiple packages stolen. Would recommend a part time doorman. Very large building with a lot on current staffs plate.

Great building, highly recommend

Pros

Location is great, staff are all very friendly (especially Aamir) Building is responsive if anything needs to be fixed. Superintendent does a great job keeping after the building. 2nd floor outdoor area is a good respite.

Cons

Air conditioning bill during summer causes ConEd bill to triple. Heat is controlled centrally so apartment (upper floors) get very warm, I'm told lower floors are cold for tenants. Laundry room (lots of machines), but they are past their warranty date and are not clean 2nd floor area has lots of rat traps, I haven't seen a rat (good), but seeing those traps is unappealing.

Advice to the owners

Fix the laundry room and get the gym opened please!
