Doormen are nice, area is pretty good, building itself is decent.

Roaches & Mice. Couldn't get rid of them even when the exterminator did come.

Quieter street in the East Village. Management is relatively responsive. Apartments are renovated. Central AC and heat. Roof access for top floor units.
