Great apartment and convenience

Pros

Updated apartments and high ceilings are nice. Good amenities for a smaller building.

Cons

The apartments get no light and are very dark inside. There’s been a lot of construction noise with the building next door going up.

Pros

Trash comes multiple times a week. Noise level with other tenants is good. No issues with rodents. Unit is VERY spacious and fairly priced

Cons

Can be noisy since unit is on 8th Ave if your building is street facing.
