Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for Robert Izsak's buildings reveals mixed management quality. Some properties suffer from cleanliness issues, pest infestations, outdated appliances, and occasional security concerns, with tenants reporting rodents, roaches, and package theft. Responsiveness from management varies widely, with complaints about delays in repairs, unprofessional behavior, and limited rent payment options. On the positive side, several buildings have attentive superintendents and daily cleaning routines, and tenants appreciate quiet neighbors in some locations. Suggestions for improvement include better pest control, enhanced security measures, timely maintenance, and more modernized conveniences like online rent payment systems. Overall, experiences can differ significantly by building.

It’s not the worst

Pros

No one bothers you

Cons

There is an infestation

Former tenant·4 months ago

1806 Realty LLC is the worst management.

Pros

Nothing to add at the moment.

Cons

Management can’t be any worse. Olga (if that’s her real name) is an epitome of rude, unprofessional, and don’t give a f… attitude. My toilet hasn’t been flushing for more than a month with a promise of a plumber coming any day and all she has to say is ‘you missed him and now I don’t know when he can come back, maybe in a week’. She also lied she called 3 times.

Advice to the owners

Management should be skilled in talking to people and maybe care just a little.
