Don't move here - construction and unresponsive management

clean , studios decently sized

Cons

construction adjacent ruined my apartment - i lost all my natural light. While technically this isn't the building's fault they never responded to my numerous requests for relocation. they raised the price of laundry from 2.75 to 4 and it costs 8 dollars for a load of laundry. They keep raising the rent even as I lost my natural light and now have to live with a mesh covering over my only window due to construction.
