A shame this building isn't better kept up

Pros

Location, Layout and Size of units/bedrooms, neighbors are incredibly nice, little/to no noise, the building has thick walls (no one ever heard our dog barking)

Cons

Had to move out due to terrible cockroach infestation. Boiler in basement consistently overflowed, affecting radiators causing them to spew water/not work/make incredibly loud knocking noises keeping us up throughout the night.

Advice to the owners

Remedy cockroach infestation & heating/water issues.

There is a massive roach infestation in the building and the management company is hardly doing anything to control it.
