Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Reviews for Ksenia Moller’s buildings indicate a mixed experience among tenants. Many appreciate the prime locations and responsiveness of some staff, although there are significant concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance delays, and security issues, including package theft. The condition of appliances often leaves room for improvement, and pest control varies by unit. While some tenants reported positive experiences with management responsiveness, others expressed frustration with unresolved issues. It’s suggested that a focus on building upkeep, addressing security concerns, and improving communication could enhance tenant satisfaction. Overall, while there are redeeming qualities, prospective renters should weigh these factors carefully.

Reviews

Former tenant·just now

good for now

Pros

good location, good size, laundry

Cons

we had a gas leak, the old super was awful, we’d lose heat and water a lot in the winter.

Advice to the owners

the current super is much better than the last one

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Amazing location outweighs cons of apartment

Pros

The location is great, with Trader Joe’s and Target just a few blocks west AND east. Apartment was on ground floor but quiet. Has high ceilings so made space feeler bigger than it was.

Cons

Appliances were quite old and management can take awhile to respond to maintenance requests. Front door buzzer is broken 75% of the time. Building generally is older.
