Pros

Good sized apartment, free gym, regular cleaning, roof with furniture, warm doormen

Cons

Poor communication between management and the building. Slowish to fix some ammenties. Some loud tenants in the ground floor townhouses.

- superintendent is so great and responsive - doormen are very good and know each tenant

- leading office is hard to get a hold of - management is unresponsive
