Pros
Close to the park, well communicated, nice restaurants and services nearby. Street is usually quite and chill.
Cons
We had mice going around for 7 months. Landlord did nothing about it. Would just send pest control once a month and pest control would just limit to sprinkle poison here and there that the mice would laugh at. Had our bedroom walls toar apart because of humidity. Still waiting to this day for the landlord to send back and paint it. Heat systems sounds like a Viking army is crushing their hummers against the plumbing system. Common stairs are full of dog hair and other neighbors personal items.
Advice to the owners
Don't be so stingy, fix the washers!

Treat your Tennants like actual human beings.
