Expensive starter apartment, College Dorm 2.0, Bring Earplugs

High quality finishes and appliances, Sonos in ceiling, weekly cleaners, easy trash management in basement, individual room split unit AC / Heat

Cons

Poor management, impossible to contact, tiny bedrooms, no storage, thin windows & walls mean excess noise from inside and out, poor insulation rooms get very cold

Advice to the owners

I wish you had invested in properly insulated windows. Make it easier to contact Sabet management. All emails are sent from no-reply addresses which makes communication impossible
