Building management rents to slobs. There's constantly garbage around the building. Domino's has an illegal bike rack that they put in the middle of the sidewalk, not by the curb, in the middle of the sidewalks everybody has to walk around it. In the winter you have to beg them to remove the ice and snow. The super says it's not his job and the commercial renters don't care. Nimbus never takes in their trash cans. They never pick up the loose litter around the trees. they leave garbage piled on the sidewalk. Anyone can see this is a low-income neighborhood and yet the buildings around this luxury rental are the clean ones. This place is the ghetto. The rooftop parties go well past the cutoff time. Top floor tenants get to suffer through that. Not that the sound doesn't bounce back into all the other floors too. I noticed that for a new building it has a D rating on energy efficiency.
Advice to the owners
Get a better super. Somebody needs a job out there. The guy you've got now needs to get fired.

Some of the dryers don’t work well. Trash room gets overfilled. Hear parties on roof and stuff from roof falls onto my balcony
