Clean, Safe, Maintained Building

Pros

Laundry in building that’s never really full. Lobby, elevator, and floors are always kept clean. Super is pretty responsive and helpful. Safe and accessible area.

Cons

Doorman is only there 5-11pm but even then I come home and no one is there. I’ve had a package stolen and super / doorman were unhelpful about looking at security footage.
