$$$ Building with character & good location

Pros:
Unique floor plans, very friendly attentive doormen, courtyard has trees for nicer windows views
Cons:
Very noisy because of bridge traffic & truck honking
While super is very good & handles MOST things there were some basic things that I know friend’s supers have helped with (where you just throw tip) where here they will not do and/or charge you $$ to do & that was surprising to learn
