Comes with a great neighborhood

Pros

I love that there's a camera in front to stop thieves from stealing. I love that there's an in-unit laundry. I love the coffee shop next door. Great place.

Cons

I could do with better pipes. Not the pressure, but the drain pipes get clogged so much.

Advice to the owners

New pipes for the bathrooms at the least.

Old Building in Washington Heights but Well Cared For

Pros

The super and management team are fantastic. Been through a couple management teams with this building and this current one is really on top of it. Hot water never runs out and pressure is good. Maintenance requests are answered very quickly!

Cons

It’s an old building in washington heights so there were roaches but I always felt the lobby area was was kept super clean
