building management is incredibly irresponsive. There is not working heat in the building and they do nothing to fix it.

Great location on a fun street

Pros

Loved the location close to NYU and bars and restaurants

Cons

Had issues with heating for many days in the winter had to buy a space heater. Could only email landlord did not have a direct number. Exorbitant costs for minor things
