Good for young people

Pros

Couldn't hear any noises from neighbors, absolutely no package theft (boxes left out for weeks), incredible roof view. Very cheap.

Cons

Mold issues, occasional flickering lights, very cold in winter. Bad repair jobs, and the mailboxes are broken or something.

Rats, trash management, the landlord does not respond to your needs & requests. There is no laundry in building as listed. They will find a way to make sure your security deposited is forfeited
