Laundry was not idea. Machines did the job, occasional roach in the laundry room and when you walk into complex.

Pros

All common areas are regularly cleaned and look great! The building very quiet. The staff are helpful , responsive and very friendly!, The trash, recycling and compost room is very well organized , neat and clean. The gym is well equipped and always clean. The neighbors are respectful, quiet and friendly. The building is pet friendly.

Cons

Not a huge deal, but the bathroom near gym is usually out of order

Advice to the owners

Please fix gym bathroom.
