Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews highlight Daniel Gray's buildings as a mixed bag. While some appreciate the responsiveness of the landlord and staff, others express concerns about rent increases and outdated facilities like washers. Noise levels and pests are reported issues, with some tenants facing ineffective pest control and noisy surroundings. Suggestions include updating appliances, improving laundry facilities, and addressing security measures. Despite these drawbacks, the convenience of locations near transit options and nearby amenities appeals to residents. Overall, the buildings offer a decent living experience but could benefit from upgrades and better maintenance practices.

The landlord is fine

Pros

The landlord follows the law, no more no less. Property manager is pretty responsive when there's issues. Good water pressure and the hot water is really hot.

Cons

The landlord will raise the rent to the maximal allowed. (Building is covered by good cause eviction bill) The washer/dryers SUCK. They make my clothes dirtier.

Advice to the owners

Get new washer/dryers
