Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for buildings managed by Ray Seelall indicate a mix of strengths and weaknesses. Many residents appreciate the friendly neighbors, great heat, and solid water pressure, while the buildings are mostly in prime locations. However, there are significant concerns regarding garbage management, with trash often piling up in lobbies, leading to odors and safety issues, including package theft. Although most renters find Ray responsive, some suggest improvements in building cleanliness and security. Overall, while there are notable pros, potential renters should be prepared for some infrastructural challenges.
