Reviews

Not too terrible!

Pros

Street was quiet, there were sign ups for pest control, neighbors were nice.

Cons

The super was pretty unresponsive and would be away from the building on weekends. When we did come in contact with him he was not kind.

Fine building, Bad management

Pros

The walls are thick, it’s hard to hear noise unless it’s coming from the hallways. The in building laundry is fairly reliable. Pet friendly.

Cons

Management is negligent. They don’t respond to dangerous/hazardous complaints in an appropriate manner (if at all). Theft is a big problem in the building as well and management does nothing to solve it. Elevator issues often so not very accessible (also no accessible entrance).

Advice to the owners

Respond to and fix physical issues tenants bring up before they become a hazardous legal issue
