Pros
Location, amenities, super, price and upkeep were all stellar
Cons
We had minor vermin problems which were dealt with quickly

Clean and professional
Pros
Highly responsive team to address any issues that on rare occasion may arise. The building is kept in clean condition.
Cons
No security cameras and constant problem with Amazon and their third party delivery personnel ringing random buzzers to gain access to the building.
Advice to the owners
Installing security monitoring equipment in the building keeps tenants safer and enables management to respond to bad actors who enter and exit the building.
