Clean and professional
Former Tenant
Pros:
Highly responsive team to address any issues that on rare occasion may arise. The building is kept in clean condition.
Cons:
No security cameras and constant problem with Amazon and their third party delivery personnel ringing random buzzers to gain access to the building.
Advice to owner:
Installing security monitoring equipment in the building keeps tenants safer and enables management to respond to bad actors who enter and exit the building.
