Landlord was hard to deal with. Can hear everything from people upstairs. Insane rat problem in the basement. Elevator is constantly down.

Landlord never fixed anything, several hidden fees associated with brokers and landlord, super didn't have the right key to get into my building the entire time I lived there, some packages were stolen
