Avoid if you can

Pros

It is cheap

Cons

Common spaces / hallways / stairwells full of trash for days Front door constantly broken and tons of packages stolen Lobby and stairwells are frequently used by people to smoke in Very old windows that do not fully close Ceiling leaks when it rains “Repairs” that are done are done very poorly Water randomly gets shut off without notice Elevator breaks frequently for days / weeks at a time General poor communication from management Interior finishes - flooring, cabinets, walls, etc in very bad condition Have had mice, roaches, bed bugs Outdoor entry zone littered with trash and rats

Advice to the owners

Do better

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Terribly managed

Pros

The neighbors in this building are all very nice.

Cons

Rodents throughout the building, cockroaches and bed bugs. Trash is not cleaned up and hallways are lined up with trash daily, so the rodents thrive in this environment. Elevator is broken very often and left unfixed for weeks on end. There are a few tenants with walking disabilities that have to suffer using the stairs because the management of the building does not care to take care of the building/ living conditions. Management is very rude and unresponsive and very unreliable.

Advice to the owners

Get a new management company.
