Rough space. Some pros. Avoid.
Pros
The units are great! Remodeled spacious. Neighbors were friendly. Conveniently located.
Cons
The building is in disrepair and crumbling. The stairs have missing floor boards. The entryway and hall have not been cleaned in what seems years! The halls and stairs need a gut renovation ASAP. No laundry and it is a walk up building and no elevator. The management owner takes forever to respond and be proactive about fixing issues in the building.
Advice to the owners
Update and clean the halls and replace the stairs and lighting! Be more responsive to your tenants. Add an elevator and some laundry in the building.
