Management does not respond to tenants maintenance requests, sends threatening emails & doesn’t respond to voicemails. Front door is often broken, either locking tenants in the building, or allowing strangers in to steal packages.
Advice to the owners
Pay a bit more for repair work, & have it done once, instead of finding the cheapest option & needing to repair the same thing again in a month.

The building management are beyond useless. Leaks from toilets, mold, rats, broken sinks, broken walls, not taking fire safety precautions
