Few issues, nice layout
Pros
Spacious apartment, lots of natural light in the bedrooms, no pests
Cons
Management was not the most responsive and proactive about fixing things, apartment was filled with junk at move in

Very Much a College Apartment
Pros
Good price for what you get, apartment is a good size, good area
Cons
Window insulation is questionable (can get really cold), neighbors can get really nosiy at night, above a college bar which can get super noisy
