Avoid at all costs
Pros
The building staff are super friendly and try their best, but management is horrible!
Cons
Management is horrible! Building had roach infestation and people smoking cigarettes despite it being a non smoking building and management was unable to address either problem.
Advice to the owners
Pest control; enforce non-smoking

Great value building
Pros
Newer building, not far from lots of subway stations, good amenities, fairly quiet, staff is responsive
Cons
Low-income residents are a bit unruly, location is on busy street above Hoyt/Schermerhorn station
