Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Robert Farhadian paint a mixed picture of management quality. Positively, some properties are praised for cleanliness, prompt and kind management response, and convenient locations. However, recurring concerns include poor garbage and pest management, inadequate heating, noise issues, and slow or disrespectful owner responsiveness. Several tenants report neglect in maintenance, such as faulty boilers, package theft, and unclean common areas. While some buildings reflect attentive management, others struggle with upkeep and tenant relations. Prospective renters should expect varying experiences, with the possibility of well-maintained units alongside challenges related to building infrastructure and management consistency.

East Village apartments

Pros

Cleanliness, responsiveness, fast to take care of residents, very cool location, management is kind and lovely and is a saving grace upon any emergency. I was locked out of my apartment and Mahan was extremely quick, kind, and professional. I would not want to live anywhere else in New York besides this building,
