Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of buildings managed by Paul Salib generally note responsive maintenance, especially praise for superintendents who are attentive and helpful. Buildings tend to be clean with good heat and water pressure. However, occasional pest issues, including cockroaches and bed bugs, are a concern despite efforts to address them. Garbage management is usually well handled. Noise levels vary by location, with some buildings near bars or having student tenants causing occasional disturbances. Some renters express frustration with landlord responsiveness, citing inconsistent communication and disputes. Overall, management tends to maintain livable, well-kept buildings but could improve on pest control and owner responsiveness in certain cases.
