Great building but a BIG building

Pros

Great for what it is, nice apartment near the subway and in a great area, decently priced compared to others

Cons

Elevators take forever, too many people and too many floors for just two. Building could use some updates.

Pros

Great amenities, very close to the 6 and Q, always feel safe walking in the area, a lot of good food nearby

Cons

Recently the local 11 noises have been out of control, so much so that it would be hard for someone who mostly works from home. Also if you’re reassigning a lease etc they will nickel and dime you.
